Performance Hyundai Brampton, part of Performance Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead the used car sales team on-site in Brampton, Ontario. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and driving sales performance while ensuring OMVIC compliance and exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with the General Sales Manager and General Manager, conduct regular staff meetings, and strive to meet ambitious sales goals.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
• Experience in the retail sales of motor vehicles.
• 3-5 years of management experience in the automotive industry.
• OMVIC Certification is required.
• Dealer CRM system experience is required.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
• Demonstrate effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Sales Manager and General Manager in planning and forecasting of goals and objectives for the department and policies.
• Conduct monthly department meetings to discuss activities and issues.
• Reach sales goals on strict timeline requirements.
• Grow revenue and profitability in sales territory.
• Report performance goals and achievements regularly.
• Handle customer complaints on a timely basis.
• Ensure staff is allocated efficiently and adequate staffing is available.
• Support Used Car Sales staff and drive performance.
