Job summary

Armour Security and Protection Services Corp is hiring for experienced, professional Use of Force Certified Security Guards in Calgary, Alberta. Positions are long-term, with opportunities across high-end retail and tactical sites. You will engage in active patrols, maintain a strong presence, and report incidents using the E-Armour app.

The role emphasizes professionalism, discipline, and a strict approach to performance. Alberta license and current Use of Force certification are required.

Qualifications

• Alberta Security Guard License (ABST) required.
• Use of Force Certification current and valid.
• Excellent communication and situational awareness.
• Physically fit and able to stand/patrol for full shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable; no phone use on post.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and order.
• Deter and respond to thefts, disturbances, and suspicious activity.
• Apply Use of Force techniques when necessary, per policy and law.
• Monitor, document and report incidents promptly and accurately.
• Maintain professional presence at all times (tactical vest required).
• Operate E-Armour mobile reporting app for checkpoints and incidents.
