Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager, US Audit Operations, to support the US Internal Audit Operations and Analytics team. You will work with the US IA Operations and Analytics function and the Global IA Operations to ensure effective audit processes and governance.

You will oversee budgeting, financial planning for US entities, FTE management, vendor relations, and committee reporting, enabling RBC to maintain strong internal controls across the US footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ to 7+ years of Internal Audit experience in financial services or consulting.
• CIA or CPA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit budgeting and financial planning for RBC US entities, with accurate P&L booking.
• Manage Financial Plan cycle for FTE and the annual budget.
• Oversee audit scheduling, timekeeping, reporting and resource analysis for US IA staff and consultants.
• Audit operations management including FTE data, org charts and locations.
• Vendor management for professional services and co-source processes; onboarding/offboarding support for RBC US entities.
• Maintain intergroup arrangements with other US entities.
• Provide staffing and financial metrics for quarterly audit committee reporting.
• Report staffing metrics for regulatory meetings and examinations.
