Job summary

Nors Canada is seeking a Uptime Center & Warranties Manager to lead equipment uptime, lifecycle performance, and the Warranty Program within the Aftersales team. The National Manager will maximize customer uptime, minimize downtime, and improve warranty recovery by developing and enforcing governance and OEM alignment across branches.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or relevant work experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
