You will welcome guests, mix classic cocktails, and coordinate with servers to guarantee memorable experiences while upselling beverages and ensuring bar cleanliness.

The role requires at least 2 years of bartending experience, Serving It Right, and the ability to work flexible nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Meets provincial minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Serving It Right certificate required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy and presentation.
• Verify guest age and manage bar inventory.
• Process payments and balance till as needed.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation standards.
