JOB PURPOSE

The Groundskeeper/Equipment Operator is responsible for operating grounds equipment and performing basic maintenance work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must have one year of previous experience driving a one-ton truck for commercial purposes and must have snowplowing experience.
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform the duties of the position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Groundskeeper/Equipment Operator is responsible for:

• Salting, sanding and shovelling snow from entrances and walkways
