University Co-Op Student-Project Controls - Cost Control Analyst-16 Months- Fall 2025

Primary Duties:

1. Assist the Manager of Cost Control and Risk Performance in creating reports and analyzing historical risk trends based on the risk register database for Transmission Capital Projects.
2. Help develop Change Order reports to support new Change Management processes.
3. Manage AR tracking sheets.
4. Prepare reports on project buildouts in SAP and conduct ad-hoc due diligence reviews.
5. Support the compilation of data to analyze major variances and facilitate Change Orders.
6. Assist with other departmental initiatives as assigned.

Learning Opportunities:

• Using SAP (mainly Project Systems and BIBW).
• PowerApps and Power BI.
• Practical management accounting.

Selection Criteria:

• Third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Engineering, Computer, Mathematics) or Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration or related program.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and SAP is a plus.
• Courses in computer science or statistics are considered advantageous.
