Job summary

Olymel is seeking a Unit Manager to join our Co-op team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service to make guests feel at home, with responsibilities spanning fuel pump service, car wash maintenance, and general housekeeping.

You will lead a fast-paced, customer-facing operation and collaborate with team members to meet shared goals. Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, trustworthy, with retail/customer service experience or willingness to learn, and able to work shifting

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age.
• Honest and trustworthy; results-oriented.
• Retail experience in customer service or willingness to learn.
• Willing to work all shifts including days, evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Able to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.

Responsibilities

• Petroleum duties – provide full service at fuel pumps including dispensing fuel, washing windows and oil checks.
• Car wash – clean carwash and perform minor maintenance.
• General duties – exterior and interior housekeeping, opening and closing procedures.
