Job summary

Saskatoon Co-op is hiring a Part-time Team Member in Olds to join our guest-first team. You will provide friendly service, handle cash transactions, stock shelves, and support merchandising while ensuring safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and following Health and Safety program and promoting safety culture.
• Provide exceptional guest service to members and guests in line with the brand.
• Accurate dispensing of fuel products and maintaining vehicle windows for guest experience.
• Merchandising of products and receiving of stock.
• Maintain day-to-day image standards and cleanliness.
• Accurate cash handling and sales, including lotto and tobacco.
• Perform other projects and assignments as required.

What you’ll do:

The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety


• Providing Exceptional Guest Service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.


• Accurate dispensing of fuel products (gasoline/diesel/propane)


• Cleaning vehicle windows to enhance guest experiences


• Merchandising of products


• Receiving of products


• Maintaining day-to-day image standards and cleanliness


• Accurate handling of cash and sales (including lotto and tobacco)


• Other projects and assignments as required

This position requires the use of equipment including computers, primarily for online training, as well as heavy lifting of products up to 50lbs unassisted.

This is a Part-time position for up to 20 hours per week. Candidates must have full availability and be able to work opening and closing shifts, including daytime hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
