We are looking for an Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel (UAPP). UAPP will welcome customers, provide friendly service, respond to Asset Protection initiatives, and collaborate with store employees. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service & support to all customers.
  2. Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required.
  3. Assess safety hazards (e.g., spills, wet floors) and take proper procedures to ensure safety.
  4. Escalate crisis or emergency situations promptly.
  5. Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  6. Perform other duties as required.
Job Qualifications:
  1. Experience in retail preferred.
  2. Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.
  3. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  4. Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  5. Ability to remain calm in high-tension situations.
  6. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  8. First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
