Job summary

Northbridge Insurance is looking for an Underwriting Service Representative to support our Commercial Underwriting team. You’ll perform data entry and calculations, verify information with underwriters, and help ensure accurate decisions for our clients.

Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters; performing administrative tasks that allow the Commercial Underwriting team to best serve our customers. Reporting to the Team Leader, Underwriting Service Support, they also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right. Our USRs are passionate about insurance and use this opportunity to showcase their talents and further their insurance career. They are extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and have a strong desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand.
