Agile Underwriting Solutions is seeking a permanent, full-time Personal Lines Underwriter in a hybrid role based out of Surrey, BC (also Dartmouth, NS or Calgary, AB). You will grow the business by writing new personal lines, managing renewals, and delivering profitability with strong response times.

The role requires 3+ years of underwriting experience (or 5 years in personal lines broking), pursuing CAIB/CIP/FCIP/CRM, and strong analytical, multitasking, and broker-relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct file audits and provide underwriting guidance.

Agile Underwriting Solutions (Agile) has an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Underwriter, Personal Lines. This is a hybrid position based out of our Dartmouth, NS, Calgary, AB, or Surrey, BC offices. If you have a passion for underwriting, you’ll love working for us!

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $54,400 to $68,000. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience while considering internal equity.

The opportunity:

Personal Lines Underwriterwill develop and grow the business by writing new business, managing a renewal portfolio and bringing existing products across Canada while maintaining profitability, and delivering exceptional response times.

In this role you will:
