• Monitor equipment use and conduct inspections for readiness.
• Communicate daily plans to management and crews.
• Support training and development of team members.

Skills

Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core with Supervisory Modules

Experience supervising underground development mining

Knowledge of high-speed lateral, incline, and decline development procedures

Familiarity with mechanized equipment (Rocket Boomer 282 Jumbo, X-lifts)

Leadership ability and outstanding safety record
