Job summary

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform a range of ultrasound examinations across MSK, abdomen, pelvis, breast and thyroid. The role offers full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities with relocation and sign-on bonuses across Canada.

Applicants must hold CMRITO certification and have up to 2 years of related experience; vascular, MSK and OB experience is a plus.

Qualifications

0-2 years of related ultrasound experience.
CMRITO certification is required.
Vascular, MSK & OB experience is a plus.
Ability to perform all ultrasound procedures on various equipment.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuing education and training.
Demonstrates decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general ultrasound examinations across MSK, abdomen, pelvis, breast, thyroid and other areas.
Ensure patient safety, proper identification, preparation, and confidentiality.
Position patients, explain procedures and monitor during scans.
Maintain quality control and adhere to health and safety policies.
Ensure equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions.
Prepare and organize diagnostic reports and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver timely results.
Perform other duties as assigned.
