We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a UI/UX Designer & Developer in our Brampton, ON office.

Responsibilities

Design & AI Integration

• Create engaging UI/UX designs using AI-assisted tools (Framer AI, Figma AI plugins).
• Build interactive prototypes leveraging AI for rapid iteration.
• Implement prompt engineering best practices for AI-powered features.
• Design conversational interfaces and AI-driven user experiences.

Development

• Build responsive web applications using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps with React Native.
• Implement state management with Redux.
• Integrate Firebase Auth for secure authentication.
• Design and implement Firestore database schemas and real-time data flows.
• Use AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for efficient coding.

Core Technical Stack

• 3+ years of experience with React & React Native development.
• Strong Redux and state management skills.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for responsive design.
• Experience with Firebase ecosystem (Auth, Firestore).
• Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).

AI & Innovation

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools (Framer AI).
• Experience building AI-powered features (chatbots, content generation, smart forms).
• Familiarity with AI development tools for code generation.

Nice to Have
