Job summary

University of Saskatchewan seeks a Manager, Student Services for Undergraduate Medical Education, overseeing student support across Saskatoon and Regina. You will lead a team, drive well-being and academic success initiatives, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

The role requires senior-level leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with distributed sites. A master’s degree and 5–10 years in student services or health education are preferred, with hybrid work options

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field or higher education administration preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience in student services or higher education administration.
• Experience leading programs, initiatives, or teams in complex organizations.
• Experience in medical education or health professions education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for UGME student services and wellbeing programs across campuses.
• Lead and supervise the Student Services staff and operations.
• Develop and evaluate student support services aligned with accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical sites and departments to ensure equity and access.
• Oversee budget, reporting and resource allocation for student services.
