Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate in Performance & Restructuring to help clients navigate distressed situations, perform cash flow modelling, and develop turnaround plans. You will support strategic advisory across mergers, restructurings, and recoveries, working with client teams to optimise outcomes.

Qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent, strong accounting and financial modelling skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting in pursuit of new client opportunities and developing leads.
• Helping management develop turnaround plans and lead change.
