Qualifications

• Canada-based CPA designation required.
• Two to four years of experience for Consultant; minimum four years for Manager.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Bilingual French and English is required for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to report writing, complex valuation analyses, and financial modelling.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, investment bankers, and legal counsel to gather information and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and other transaction-related engagements.
• Conduct research to support financial modelling and industry analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations and client deliverables; present insights to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Manager: provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship while guiding engagements.
