Silvertip Resort in Canmore, AB is hiring a Turf Care Technician for seasonal maintenance of the golf course and grounds. You will operate mower equipment, maintain bunkers, and prepare the course for play, contributing to a top-tier guest experience at a world-class resort.

Qualifications

• Must have a Driver's License.
• No experience required; willingness to learn.
• Lift to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
• Work flexible hours, early mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions; strong safety mindset.
• Demonstrate professional attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on mowers to prepare greens, tees, and fairways.
• Use utility vehicles and small engine equipment (string trimmers, backpack blowers).
• Maintain bunkers, rake sand, and repair ball marks.
• Set course for play, remove debris, adjust tees, and maintain playable surfaces.
• General landscaping and grounds maintenance for the resort.
• Monitor fuel and fluids; report issues promptly.
• Record daily activity on the electronic job board.
