Maple Reinders is seeking an intermediate construction superintendent for Ontario, focused on Water/Wastewater and Clean Energy infra, overseeing field teams and site operations on multi-million projects.

The role requires leadership, travel proximity to GTA East, and a background in heavy civil with GC experience. Maple Reinders offers growth opportunities and a strong employee support culture.

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with a General Contractor in a leadership role.
• Heavy civil wastewater infrastructure or similar experience is mandatory.
• Post-secondary education, CET or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows based computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project).
• Can manage site operations on complex projects in excess of $50 million.
• Experience working with digester's would be considered an asset.

Maple Reinders is currently looking to add an intermediate construction superintendent to our team in Ontario! The successful candidate will oversee projects in the GTA East area.

As a Superintendent with our Civil Division, you will oversee site staff, field engineering, and field teams accountable for delivering completed projects with a focus on Water/Wastewater and Clean Energy infrastructure. Maple Reinders is a growing organization, continually winning new work across diverse sectors, offering new experiences and challenges.

As a Superintendent with our busy Heavy Civil & Environment division, you will have the responsibility of overseeing our site staff, field engineering and field teams accountable for the delivery of completed civil and environmental projects.

At Maple Reinders, we look for leaders who can:

Our Superintendent will oversee projects that vary in size and scope and the successful candidate should have previous experience in leading construction teams, trades and hourly employees. We would require the Superintendent to travel or stay close to the site; flexibility is a must. We are also focused on candidates who currently have:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with a General Contractor in a leadership role
• Heavy civil wastewater infrastructure or similar experience is mandatory
• Post-secondary education, CET or equivalent

Salary Range: $127,000 - $161,000 / Year (depending on experience)
