Maple Reinders Constructors in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to lead water and wastewater construction projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure delivery to Maple Reinders’ standards for safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a PM in civil construction, a Civil Engineering degree or technology diploma, and is willing to travel to Ontario sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Travel to site required.
• Experience in ICI and/or water-wastewater construction is preferred.
• PMP, P.Eng. and Gold Seal designations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Manage the project using Maple Reinders’ processes to deliver quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators to support career progression.

Intermediate Project Manager – (Water / Wastewater Construction)

Maple Reinders Constructors is currently searching for an experiencedIntermediate Project Manager to join our Civil construction division out of our head office in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on an exciting water / wastewater projects in locations such as Caledon, Bradford and Hamilton.

As an Intermediate Project Manager you will have the opportunity to manage exciting Water and Wastewater projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do. Leadership and accountability is the key to a successful project. Along with their team, our Project Managers define the schedule; working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained.

Our Project Managers are responsible for Water, Wastewater related projects typically in the value of $20-$50M. To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate will have:

• 5 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor.
• A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
• Travel to site required.
• Experience and knowledge in ICI and/or water - wastewater treatment construction is considered an asset.
• Designations such as PMP, P, Eng. and Gold Seal are preferred.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 / Year (depending on experience)
