Job summary

Maple Reinders is seeking an Intermediate Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a Petawawa-based project in Ontario. You will coordinate trades, manage safety and quality, and work with project teams to deliver on schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as superintendent/foreperson with a GC, strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling and site coordination, and proficiency with MS Office. Post-secondary construction education is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent/foreperson leadership with a General Contractor.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, infrastructure, or related construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Working knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Post-secondary construction-related education would be considered an asset.

Intermediate Superintendent (Construction)

Maple Reinders is currently looking to add a Construction Superintendent for our buildings division on a project based in Petawawa, Ontario.

As an Intermediate Superintendent, you will support the successful delivery of construction projects by leading site activities, coordinating trades, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams while continuing to develop your leadership capabilities.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000/year (depending on experience and budget approval)

Location: Based in Mississauga, ON with projects located throughout Ontario.
