Maple Reinders Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to guide field teams and oversee complex construction projects from our Mississauga base. You will lead site operations across Ontario, delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, and civil projects while managing schedules, budgets, safety, and risk.

The role demands strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications. CET or post-secondary construction education is a plus.

Senior Superintendent (Construction)

Maple Reinders is currently looking to add a Senior Superintendent to our team based out of Mississauga, Ontario. Projects may be located throughout Ontario across both our Buildings and Civil divisions, including wastewater and water infrastructure, Defence Canada, advanced manufacturing, and food processing facilities.

As a Senior Superintendent, you will take a lead role in managing multiple field teams, overseeing complex construction projects, and providing senior-level leadership across project sites. • Senior-level Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Post-secondary construction-related education, CET, or equivalent would be considered an asset.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000/year (depending on experience)

Location: Based in Mississauga, ON with projects located throughout Ontario.
