Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Tube Park attendant to welcome guests, guide riders, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. You will check tickets, assist guests down the track, and help with track maintenance while following safety rules.

Full-time hours with an hourly wage of CAD 18.31, plus access to resort perks and a vibrant team culture. Join a welcoming staff and contribute to memorable guest experiences this winter season.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly and customer service oriented.
• Must be able to endure the physical tasks in winter weather conditions.
• Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in our Tube Park, starting them down the track and guiding them at the bottom.
• Provide a great experience through polite, professional and engaging conversation while delivering high level of service.
• Check guest tickets to ensure they are visible, properly fastened and within the allotted time.
• Track maintenance and test tracks daily for safety and report any issues.
• Control the flow of customers within the tracks and ensure customer safety; snow removal as required.
