Job summary

RBC Windsor is seeking a Financial Advisor to attract, nurture, and grow relationships with high-value personal and small business clients by providing proactive, professional advice and collaborating with RBC partners to help clients reach their goals and key life events.

You will help clients learn digital banking, design investment strategies, and borrow for future needs, contributing to meaningful client experiences and retention in the Windsor market.

Qualifications

• Must have Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
• Must have Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CSI) including Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in financial services handling credit and investments
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to learn their needs and help them achieve goals
• Provide professional advice addressing complex credit and investment needs for personal and business clients
• Collaborate with financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking experts to tailor advice
• Leverage technology to enhance client experience and drive sales and retention
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
• Support new client acquisition and educate clients on RBC products and digital banking features
