Job summary

BPA, a division of People Corporation, is seeking a Trust Fund Accountant to manage day-to-day trust fund transactions for multi-employer clients. You will collaborate with the Client Accounting team to ensure timely, accurate record keeping and regulatory compliance.

You will support the Senior Trust Fund Accountant, perform full-cycle accounting duties, and prepare financial statements and remittances. A Bachelor's in finance is preferred; strong Excel skills and client-facing experience are

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and keep GL transactions up-to-date.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet/income statement accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare government remittances and monitor cash flow.
