• Woodworking or construction experience is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure (foot-inch-sixteenth) and interpret work orders.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; team-oriented and safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trusses according to procedures and instructions.
• Inspect materials and finished work; report issues promptly.

Alliance Truss, part of the All-Fab Group of Companies, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Component Technician to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will support the manufacturing of high-quality roof and floor truss components by preparing, cutting, and assembling materials according to engineered drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Team Leader to set up the workstation for each order.
• Assemble trusses according to company procedures, SWOP, and Team Leader instructions.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and completed work regularly; report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift, including end-of-day cleanup.
• Operate all tools, equipment, and machinery safely, correctly, and responsibly.
• Perform additional duties as required to support production and team operations.

Experience

• Woodworking or construction experience required.
• Ability to use a hammer and read a tape measure (foot-inch-sixteenth method).
• Experience reading and understanding work orders.

Wage: $22 Per Hour
