Job summary

Eassons Transportation Group, based in Kentville NS with operations in Mississauga ON, is seeking an on-call/part-time spare driver. The role requires a Class 1 license, a clean CVOR, and a solid safety record.

You will join a family-owned company with extensive national and cross-border operations, handling TL/LTL services across Canada and the United States. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of verifiable Class 1 experience, a clean police record, and a positive attitude.

ON CALL/ PART TIME / SPARE DRIVER

Since 1945 - Family owned and operated - Eassons Transportation Group is headquartered in Kentville NS, with terminals in Coldbrook, NS, Sydney, NS, Albany, PEI, Moncton, NB, Mount Pearl, NL, Belleville, ON and Mississauga, ON. Eassons operates approximately 325 trucks and employs over 500 people. Eassons Transportation Group provides dry and temperature controlled TL/LTL services across Canada and the United States.

Class 1 Driver needed-ON CALL/ PART TIME / SPARE

Based in Kentville NS / Mississauga ON

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years verifiable Class 1 experience
• Clean police search
• Clean drivers and CVOR abstracts
• Excellent attitude
• Experience with Automatic Onboard Recorders is considered and asset
