Job summary

EVEREST TRANSPORT GROUP is seeking an on-site Truck Driver (AZ) to join a cross-border, two-person convoy team. You will transport goods, load and unload, and ensure cargo safety while maintaining paperwork and permits for international routes.

The role requires 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, a valid AZ license, and strong safety and communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

TASKS

• Address customers' complaints or concerns

• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
• Transport and handle dangerous goods
