Achieves sales and other targets established by business plans. Continuously assesses and improves work processes for sales and service management, risk management, and compliance within prescribed limits to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls, maximizing business success. Influences the strategic direction of the line of business, assisting with the development, prioritization, and implementation of business, technology, sales, and service, channel optimization, and enhanced customer experience.

  • Acts timely, efficiently, and independently, taking ownership of customer satisfaction.
  • Assists with more complex customer-related issues.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assesses and evaluates problematic trends in overdrawn accounts and escalates issues as per directives.
  • May provide day-to-day operational leadership and coaching.
  • May coordinate client fee billing for third-party vendor charges.
  • Provides first-line assistance on document exception and maturity report research.
  • Identifies, records, and escalates potential risk issues and recommends workflow process alternatives.
  • Investigates and recommends actions on overdrawn accounts within internal timeframes.
  • Acts as the daily sales contact for clients regarding product information, pricing, implementation timeframes, and requirements.
  • Gathers detailed information necessary to move sales forward, including completing documentation.
  • Assists in pre-sales activities such as pitch preparation and client research.
  • Tracks implementation requests to ensure timelines are met and billing is accurate.
  • Recommends improvements to sales support materials based on feedback.
  • Prepares pre-call and post-call information packages by accessing internal systems and bank personnel.
  • Provides research and data gathering to facilitate client solutions.
  • Supports sales and service administration ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Maintains current client information in bank systems/files.
  • Focus may be on a specific business or group.
  • Proposes new solutions creatively.
  • Uses judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within rules.
  • Works mostly independently.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
  • In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth collaboration and team skills.
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth influence skills.

Salary: $42,300.00 - $78,400.00

Pay Type: Salaried

Salaries vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications, and may include commissions. Part-time salaries are pro-rated. The listed salary for commission roles is the target for the first year.
