The Analyst, Treasury Operations is responsible for Treasury operational activities and support across RBI's brands and regions. Critical responsibilities of the role include daily financial reporting, execution of major financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all statutory and SOX requirements, and overseeing payment processes. In addition, the position works with other functions across the organization including Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.

Responsibilities :

• Bank accounts and entities management which would include (opening, closing maintenance, creation, termination, data update), along with documentation, system updates and compliance functions.
• Build and foster relationships with banks and manage all required documentation and communication (KYC Compliance).
• Ability to work independently with other functions across the organization including : Legal, Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.
• Motivation and initiative to take ownership of projects, problem solve, drive results, and meet tight deadlines.
• Daily cash balance reporting to Senior Leadership.
• FX rate management (updates, reporting, addition / removal).
• Daily / Weekly payments run management including payment related credits.
• Loan and trades execution on monthly basis.

Qualifications :

• University degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of Treasury Operations professional experience is preferred.
• SAP familiarity - ECC, Treasury Module.
• Strong understanding and experience of Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Experience working with banking portals and SOX compliance.
• Experience with accounting duties including month-end closing and understanding of GAAP, CPA designation is beneficial.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Strong project management, analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional environment.
• Comfortable working and managing relationships with all levels of the organization and external parties (consultants, banks etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to navigate large data sets, and present executive summary level detail.
