Maneva, a startup founded by an ex-Google Deepmind researcher, is an AI service provider revolutionizing manufacturing operations with cutting-edge AI solutions for autonomous factory operation and optimization. Our solution generates AI-powered actions and insights using off-the-shelf hardware or existing vision systems for real-impact manufacturing problems in products and equipment inspection, production efficiency, safety, and more.

About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Revenue Operations Specialist who will fully own our top-of-funnel prospecting engine—focusing on identifying, qualifying, and enriching high-potential leads using a mix of AI tools, automation, and deep research. You’ll be the go-to person for driving pipeline creation from scratch, with the mandate to build supporting systems and processes over time.

This is not a cold-calling role. Instead, you’ll operate like a modern, AI-powered SDR—leveraging platforms like Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find the right companies and contacts, enrich them with actionable intelligence, and tee them up for our sales team.

As this function matures, you’ll lead the development of scalable workflows, reporting, and tooling to support growth.

Top-of-Funnel Ownership

  • Fully own AI-enabled prospecting to identify and prioritize high-fit accounts and contacts aligned with our ICP
  • Refine segmentation strategies by vertical, persona, geography, and signal-based triggers
  • Design repeatable workflows to generate enriched lead lists and support outbound plays
  • Maintain and evolve lead scoring logic to flag sales-ready prospects
  • Conduct account-level deep dives (e.g., org charts, tech stack, recent initiatives) to fuel personalized outreach
  • Identify and monitor key buying signals (funding, hiring, product launches, etc.)
  • Enrich CRM data with actionable insights to streamline rep workflows

Operational Build-Out (As You Go)

  • Build and maintain territory maps, TAM breakdowns, and outbound reporting infrastructure
  • Set up tracking and attribution for outbound channels in Salesforce
  • Create ABM-style research packs for named accounts or verticals
  • Identify and fix handoff issues between Marketing and Sales

Tool Ownership

  • Own prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo) and maximize adoption
  • Develop basic automations (e.g., Zapier, Make) to streamline workflows
  • Partner with leadership to define key metrics and build dashboards

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or a similar role in B2B SaaS or AI-driven companies
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads using AI tools and platforms (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
  • Excellent research skills; able to synthesize insights from LinkedIn, Crunchbase, SEC filings, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce), spreadsheets, and enrichment tools
  • Organized, autonomous, and excited to build from 0 → 1
  • Bonus : Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or internal tool stacks
