Job summary

Questrade Financial Group is seeking a Treasury Associate to manage a high volume of treasury transactions, including foreign currency exchanges, wire transfers, bill payments, and EFTs. You will reconcile bank accounts, journal entries, and resolve variances in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in treasury, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and knowledge of banking products and regulations. Kyriba experience is a plus; Bloomberg familiarity is an asset.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of treasury experience in financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes and regulations.
• Experience with Kyriba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payments in multiple currencies.
• Review deposits, confirm trades and resolve client inquiries.
• Prepare journal entries for daily fund movements and reports.
• Monitor and resolve client cases; collaborate with internal teams.
• Support ad-hoc treasury projects and policy updates.
