Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Manager, Traveling to lead ground-up construction projects across Western Canada from our Edmonton base. The role follows a 10 days on / 4 days off travel cycle to sites within the region, coordinating with client, consultants, trades, and the site superintendent to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of construction experience with progression.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs, regs and codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and trades.
• Demonstrated budget control and scheduling discipline.

Responsibilities

• Holds overall responsibility for successful project execution.
• Primary point of contact between client, consultants, trades, and site superintendent.
• Manage site work to keep scope on budget and on schedule.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for execution planning.
• Ensure construction matches drawings, specs, and codes.
• Provide guidance to site teams on technical issues.
• Review purchasing requisitions, subcontracts, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Acts.
