Job summary

Tealrecruitment is seeking Travel RNs and NPs to provide high-quality care across Canada in regions such as British Columbia, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. Travel, housing, and licensing support are provided, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care while exploring Canada's diverse settings.

Positions cover ER, Med/Surg, L&D/OB, OR, ICU, and LTC with flexible 4–16 week contracts and opportunities in urban hospitals or remote communities.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (or eligibility) in the target province/territory.
  • 2+ years of recent hospital or clinical experience (RN).
  • Active NP license in the target province/territory (NP).
  • Specialty certification for NP (e.g., Family/Adult, Emergency, Primary Care).
  • 3+ years of NP experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
  • Administer treatments, medications, and emergency interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
  • Adapt seamlessly to new clinical environments.

About the Role

As a Travel RN or NP, you’ll deliver high-quality care in regions with urgent staffing needs. Whether you specialize in ER, Med/Surg, L&D/OB, OR, ICU, or LTC, your skills will make a direct impact. We handle travel, housing, and licensing support, so you can focus on patient care while exploring Canada’s stunning landscapes.

Requirements
  • For RNs:
  • Active RN license (or eligibility) in the target province/territory
  • 2+ years of recent hospital or clinical experience
  • Clean criminal record check (within 180 days)
    Willingness to travel for 6–16-week contracts
  • For NPs:
  • Active NP license in the target province/territory
  • Specialty certification (e.g., Family/Adult, Emergency, Primary Care)
  • 3+ years of NP experience in a clinical setting
  • Ability to work autonomously (especially in rural/remote roles)
