Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking skilled travel nurses including RNs, LPNs, MHNs and NPs for short-term assignments across British Columbia.

Positions are remote-based in Northern Communities with per-diem, travel and housing covered. Applicants require 18 months of nursing experience, BC registration, and CPR/BLS; ACLS/CTAS preferred for ER assignments. Competitive compensation and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as RN, LPN, MHN or NP with BC CNMs/BC provincial body.
• Minimum of 18 months experience as RN, LPN, MHN or NP.
• Current and valid CPR/BLS.
• ACLS and CTAS preferred when working in ER.

Responsibilities

• Quickly adapt to new clinical environments, workflows, documentation systems, and facility expectations.
• Provide safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidenced-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, facility staff, and agency representatives.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, assignments, and travel requirements, including working in remote or high-need locations as required.

Location: Remote Northern Communities (BC)
Pay: $40 -$64/hour (Rates and additional per-diem depending on role)

We are looking for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Mental Health Nurse (MHNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with a minimum of 18 months experience to join our travel team who will be sent on short-term assignments in British Columbia. Assignments are available in Emergency, Obstetrics, Dialysis, Psychiatry, Mental Health Units, NICU, LTC and Health Centres.

Duties & Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Candidate Requirements

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• A minimum of 18 months (1.5 years) of experience working as an RN, LPN, MHN or NP.
• Current and valid CPR/BLS.
• ACLS and CTAS preferred when working in the ER.
