Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking skilled nurses to join its travel nursing team in British Columbia’s remote northern communities. Positions offer $40-$64 per hour plus per-diem, with complete travel and housing arrangements provided by a dedicated travel concierge.

Assignments cover Emergency, Ob/Gyn, Dialysis, Psychiatry, Mental Health Units, NICU, LTC and Health Centres, requiring 18+ months of RN/LPN/MHN/NP experience and current BC registration. Flexible scheduling is a highlight of the role.

Qualifications

• Current practicing registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Minimum of 18 months experience as RN, LPN, MHN or NP.
• Current and valid CPR/BLS.
• ACLS and CTAS preferred for ER work.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in line with professional standards and policies.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, facility staff and agency reps.
• Adapt quickly to new clinical environments, workflows and documentation systems.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and travel requirements, including remote/high-need locations.

Pay: $40 -$64/hour (Rates and additional per-diem depending on role)

We are looking for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Mental Health Nurse (MHNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with a minimum of 18 months experience to join our travel team who will be sent on short-term assignments in British Columbia. Assignments are available in Emergency, Obstetrics, Dialysis, Psychiatry, Mental Health Units, NICU, LTC and Health Centres.

Duties & Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Quickly adapt to new clinical environments, workflows, documentation systems, and facility expectations.
• Provide safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidenced based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, facility staff, and agency representatives.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, assignments, and travel requirements, including working in remote or high-need locations as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• A minimum of 18 months (1.5 years) of experience working as an RN, LPN, MHN or NP.
• Current and valid CPR/BLS.
• ACLS and CTAS preferred when working in the ER.
