Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking a Travel Consultant in Sarnia to deliver worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members, maintaining client records and following up regularly. Training is provided, and no prior travel agency experience is required beyond a passion for travel and customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service and sales experience, and may hold TICO certification or be working toward it, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service and sales experience.
• Prior Travel Agency experience is an asset, but not required.
• TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Available to work store operation hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
• Familiarity with Sabre system is a definite asset.
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset.

What You Will Do:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional worldwide travel services to our Members and non-Members. In addition, you will ensure your clients records and files are consistently up to date and maintained and provide regular follow up with clients.

This is a great opportunity for experienced Travel Agents, new grads, or anyone looking to kickstart their career in travel. No previous experience necessary, just a passion for travel, customer service and sales, we will provide training!

Hiring for February 2027

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as wellas the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of therange are encouraged to apply.
