Job summary

Driftpile-Cree-Nation Travel Centre is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory ordering, store presentation, and staff supervision. You will manage schedules, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

You will monitor expenses, manage inventory, receive goods, and maintain compliance with brand policies, while supporting initiatives to increase sales and overall Travel Centre success.

Qualifications

• Gas Station Management experience: 1 year.
• Inventory management experience: 1 year.
• Customer service experience: 3 years.
• High School completion or higher; clean driver’s record.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational coverage in the absence of the Travel Centre Manager.
• Supervise Travel Centre staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Train new employees and coordinate or facilitate training as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Sell merchandise and provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
