Job summary

London Drugs is seeking an Operations Supervisor for TECH Services to drive growth, performance, and operational excellence across stores. You will lead, coach, and provide technical expertise to store teams while ensuring service standards, compliance, and processes are executed.

The role collaborates with TECH leadership and Store Management to grow service revenue, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Travel to stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading TECH/TECH services operations.
• Strong coaching and development of store teams.
• Proficient in technical service work, repairs, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead TECH Services operations across assigned stores.
• Provide coaching and guidance to store teams and TECH leadership.
• Ensure service standards, compliance, and processes are followed.
• Monitor performance metrics and financials to meet objectives.
• Complete reports, audits, and documentation on time.
• Support store initiatives and community events.
