Job summary

Scene+ is seeking an Account Director to lead the travel and banking engagement strategy and manage partnerships across Scene+ Travel powered by Expedia and Scotiabank. You will drive annual plans, measure growth, and optimize campaigns to boost bookings and member activity.

With 7+ years in marketing, partnerships, or strategy, you will align stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results across travel and financial services collaborations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, account leadership, or strategy.
• Travel experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience developing integrated account strategies, annual plans, and marketing strategies.
• Strong ability to translate objectives into campaigns and experiences that drive measurable results.
• Analytical and financial acumen with KPI frameworks and forecasting.
• Ownership and judgment with the ability to lead and coach others.
