A leading organization in Ontario is seeking a Travel & Administration Clerk to coordinate travel and manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and excellent communication skills. This permanent position involves working closely with community members and ensuring adherence to travel policies. Applicants should possess a Business Administration Diploma and relevant experience in administrative roles. Preference will be given to First Nation members.

Position Summary :
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Development Manager, the Travel & Administration Clerk will coordinate travel for department staff by making travel arrangements and ensuring that financial and travel policies are adhered to. The Travel & Administration Clerk will assist staff by familiarizing them with the travel policies, procedures and forms, and ensure that all necessary documentation is filed with the department and that the finance department receives the same. This position requires a strong knowledge of building filing systems within a growing organization, creating and developing a monthly reporting system, and working with other administrative staff for data collection and reports for the Director and the Committee. Responsibilities also include managing travel arrangements and booking systems for meetings and events within our program.
