Responsibilities

• Guide youth through crisis using positive role modelling and intervention strategies.
• Support them with presence, engagement, and accountability.
• Create moments of joy through games, cooking, or life skills.
• Document daily activities and observations with care.
• Collaborate with Program Supervisors to support individualized therapeutic plans.
