Responsibilities include facilitating community activities, collaborating with partners, and meeting families 1:1 to set parenting goals. A vehicle and valid license are referenced in the background checks section.

• Proficient communication, caseload management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate capacity building activities based on community needs (presentations, events).
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide programming in community spaces.
• Facilitate groups in community spaces.
• Meet with families 1:1 to set goals for parenting skills and stress reduction.
• Address issues affecting positive parenting (mental health, addictions, domestic violence).
• Support brain development through attachment, literacy, play, and nutrition.
