Qualifikationen

• Degree in Child & Youth Care or Social Work with related experience.
• Human Services degree with field experience also acceptable.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills required.

Aufgaben

• Meet with families 1:1 to develop goals for parenting skills and resilience.
• Address issues affecting positive parenting and provide resources.
• Influence brain development through attachment, literacy, and nutrition.
• Educate caregivers on effects of trauma and adverse experiences.
• Help families engage with their child’s learning at school.
• Build connections between school and caregivers.
