Access Information Management in Moncton, NB is seeking a Transportation Specialist who will transport, maintain and process confidential documents on the road, serving clients and ensuring secure handling. The role is based in Moncton with daily site visits and wireless scanning to complete deliveries and pickups.

• Air brake endorsement is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and carry 50 pounds regularly.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Load/unload materials from the company vehicle, including boxes and recycling bins.
• Travel between client locations delivering and picking up documents using wireless scanning.
• Process daily and rush work orders.
• Submit driver paperwork accurately and on-time.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Communicate with your supervisor about potential issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.

You are involved in your local community in protecting the records of the clients. You are a key part of our fast-growing company in delivering the very best customer experience to our clients.This position is located in Moncton, NB.

Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Transportation Specialist, you are the public face of Access Information Management.

• You will load/unload your company vehicle of materials, recycling bins and/or boxes full of confidential documents.
• You will spend your day on the road, going from client locations to client locations, delivering and/or picking up client documents and materials in using wireless scanning technology, interacting with the clients and making sure they are satisfied and well served.
• You will process all types of daily incoming work orders and rush orders.
• You will ensure that all driver paperwork is submitted accurately, legible and on-time each day.
• You will maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• You will communicate regularly with your direct supervisor to notify him of any potential issues.
• You will perform any other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.

More About You

• A valid Class 5 driver license with a clear driving record.
• You will be driving a shredding truck.
• Air brake endorsement is required.
• The physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
