Job Description

We seek a Transportation Electrical Engineer in our Vancouver office. Responsibilities include analysis, design, testing, and commissioning of street lighting, traffic signals, airfield electrical systems, power supply, and distribution systems. Installations may include power services, electrical distribution, street lighting, traffic signals, airfield systems, and related infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with Transportation and Municipal Infrastructure teams, oversee drawing production, and prepare specifications for tender and construction packages.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Registered or eligible for registration as an E.I.T. or P.Eng. with EGBC.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients.
• Experience in marketing and business development.
• Thorough understanding of lighting and electrical layouts, single line diagrams, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Experience with AGI32 and ETAP software is an asset.
• Site inspection experience.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
