Job description

We are on a mission to build smarter, more sustainable energy systems — and we’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help lead the charge.

In this role, you’ll design and develop the core electrical systems behind cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). From BMS and PCS to site-level integration and certification, you’ll be at the heart of solving grid challenges and accelerating the shift to renewables.

What you’ll do :

1. Lead electrical design from concept to implementation
2. Own schematics, wiring diagrams, and safety compliance
3. Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to build integrated BESS solutions
4. Guide component sourcing, drive BOM / FMEA, and mentor junior engineers
5. Contribute directly to a product that’s shaping the clean energy landscape

What we’re looking for :

1. 10+ years of experience in the design and development of electrical systems, with a focus on BESS or lithium-ion battery applications
2. Expert proficiency in relevant design software for electrical design of battery systems, power electronics, and control systems
3. Demonstrated advanced understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, battery management systems (BMS), and power conversion systems (PCS)
4. Ability to work effectively in a purpose-driven team environment
