Job summary

OPENLANE in Richmond, BC is seeking a Transportation Clerk to support our logistics team. You will enter vehicle and location data into our transportation and inventory systems, dispatch drivers, and coordinate with sublet carriers to ensure smooth movements.

The role requires organization, attention to detail, and strong customer service. You will handle inquiries by email, phone, and in person, maintain accurate records, and assist with related duties as needed.

This includes data entry into company systems, dispatching drivers, arranging for sublet transportation carriers, and customer service. **You are:** * **Organized.** You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and can stay organized when handling multiple tasks.* **Detail-oriented**.
