Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Transportation Business Analyst to enhance logistics systems and operational workflows. You will analyze transportation data, influence system configurations, and deliver actionable insights to improve performance across the network.

This role collaborates with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, and support scalable execution. Strong SQL and reporting skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in transportation, logistics, or analytical roles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with cross-functional teams in an operational environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SQL and reporting development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize logistics systems to support workflows and performance.
Lead root cause analysis of complex system issues.
Translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
Partner with Technology teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and testing.
Develop and maintain operational reporting and analytics for decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve system utilization, automation, and efficiency.
